Once we have all the debris removed, we’ll flush everything down and make sure the downspouts work the way they should.

What’s Roof Cleaning?

Actually, this discoloration or stain, is an algae that’s feeding on the ingredients present in the grit of the roof. We can safely kill and remove this algae with our No Pressure Roof Cleaning method. We apply a solution that’s approved by the American Roofing Manufacturers Association ( ARMA ) at very low pressure to the shingles. This solution effectively kills and removes the algae revealing a beautiful roof that looks as good as new! Our solution also helps prevent the return of the algae.

Why hire a professional?

Why should you hire a professional pressure washing company? There’s many reasons, but I saw this the other day and wanted to share it with you.  The picture below is an example of what can happen when somebody uses a pressure washer incorrectly. Thankfully this can be fixed with the proper equipment, but sometimes permanent damage is done. This was caused by using high pressure with a pressure washing wand and just haphazardly waving the wand around. Not only does this leave lackluster results, but it also takes a lot of time! Because it takes so long, most people do not finish the job.

Our equipment is set up to make cleaning concrete easy! We use rotary surface cleaners that clean concrete much like the way a lawn mower cuts grass. It effectively cleans a swath of concrete by rotating a spraying bar at a consistant height over the concrete. This, along with the proper cleaning agents and water up to 250 degrees is the absolute best way to clean concrete.
