House Washing

Would you like your house to be safely washed? As you probably know, a pressure washer in the wrong hands can easily cause thousands of dollars worth of damage. Using high pressure to clean any surface used in the construction of your home can be very dangerous. That’s why we have developed a method that uses very low pressure. We increase the volume of water to compensate for the lack of pressure.  This method is so safe we can spray our own hand with the equipment.

The process starts with the right detergents. We have professional grade cleaners that do an amazing job of cleaning the exterior of your home. Everything from mold, dirt, algae, dust, spider webs, wasp and dirt dobbers nest can be safely cleaned using these cleaning agents and low pressure. So we apply these detergents at low pressure, allow for proper dwell time, and then rinse everything from top to bottom using low pressure. This leaves the exterior surfaces of your home looking great. The mold and algae will not return as quickly compared to a simple pressure wash because our method thoroughly kills the mold and algae before completely removing it from the surface.

A problem area for most homes in our area is that of gutter streaks. If your home has gutters, there is a good chance that they have “zebra stripes” on them. This discolors the gutters, leaving them a dark gray to black color. We can restore these gutters using a specialized cleaning agent, bring back the natural color of the paint as well as the shine that your gutters had when they were first installed. You’ll be amazed at the difference gutter whitening can have on your home.
